MAGIGOO® Pro PP 50 ml/1.69 fl oz

Thought3D’s MAGIGOO PP is designed for professional use to work exclusively with polypropylene (PP) filaments. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it cools, and the glue residue should also be easily cleaned off if the included procedure is followed.

PP is a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer exhibiting good impact resistance and ductility properties. It also has a relatively non-polar molecular structure making it chemically resistant and ideal for food packaging and medical equipment use. It is well known in the adhesive industry that it is difficult to adhere polyolefin materials to other types of materials. This, combined with the partial crystallinity, makes it an especially hard material to use in printing. MAGIGOO PP solves this issue and provides additional convenience for use in FDM 3D printing.

MAGIGOO PP has been designed and tested to work with different PP filament brands; simply shake the bottle, apply the PP, print, allow to cool, remove, and clean. This adhesive is for professional use. Contact with the eyes causes severe eye damage; wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling. In cases of excess adhesion, users should wet the print bed with a small amount of water and slowly work it below the part, making part removal easier. For larger prints with multiple layers, a 20 mm brim is recommended.
