Texas Instruments' 2.5 ns comparators feature push-pull outputs, adjustable hysteresis, and latch
Texas Instruments' TLV3603 and TLV3603-Q1 (automotive) are 325 MHz, high-speed comparators with rail-to-rail inputs and a propagation delay of 2.5 ns. The combination of fast response and a wide operating voltage range makes these devices suitable for narrow signal-pulse detection and data and clock recovery applications in LIDAR, range finders, and line receivers.
The push-pull (single-ended) outputs simplify and save cost on board-to-board wiring for I/O interfaces while reducing power consumption when compared to alternative high-speed differential output comparators. The TLV3603 and TLV3603-Q1 can directly interface with the prevailing digital controllers and IO expanders in the downstream circuit. These comparators are packaged in a 6-pin SC70 and offer features including adjustable hysteresis control and output latch capability.
