LUMAWISE Street Lighting Motion Sensor

TE Connectivity's (TE) LUMAWISE motion-programmable motion sensor is designed for street lighting. It enables energy savings by dimming the luminaire while still being able to react to motion and bring the luminaire to full brightness for safety and security reasons. This motion sensor will fit into the Zhaga-D4i ecosystem standard for smart cities. The sensor works either as a standalone control device or in combination with the Zhaga-D4i photocell or communication node for greater levels of control. This programmable version of the LUMAWISE motion sensor allows users to self-define parameters like brightness levels, timing, and ambient light levels for on and off controls.
