LUMAWISE Motion Sensor Logic Output
TE's motion sensor logic output uses motion to cause a dimmed luminaire to brighten for safety and security
TE Connectivity's (TE) LUMAWISE motion sensor logic output is an analog version of the popular LUMAWISE motion sensor designed for street lighting. When paired with a networked lighting controller (NLC), which is not included, it enables energy savings from dimming the luminaire while still being able to react to motion and bring a luminaire to a higher brightness for safety and security reasons.
The LUMAWISE motion sensor logic output is powered by an NLC and will provide a high signal upon detecting motion. In turn, the NLC can then send the appropriate 0 V to 10 V signal to a driver to control the light output. This device also has the capability to provide the NLC with analog ambient light measurements.
