Drone Solutions
TE Connectivity specializes in electronic components and electromechanical solutions for the drones/UAV market. Interconnect products from TE Connectivity are easy to assemble while maintaining high reliability in the harshest of environments. Additionally, with the continually shrinking size of electronic products, their connectors are available in low profile and narrow body versions with various temperature and flammability ratings suitable for any drone application. Signal integrity is of particular importance when controlling motors and relays in drone applications. TE Connectivity has high speed copper cable that when combined with their heat shrink tubing (or military harnessing tubing for really high temperatures), produces a nearly unbreakable connection when it comes to shock and vibration, with excellent signal integrity. Reliable sensing is another key factor and, depending on the specific employment of the drone, data collection may be the highest priority. TE Connectivity has a sensing portfolio second to none which includes stand-alone thin film temperature sensors, rotary displacement sensors, and altimeters capable of pressure, humidity, and temperature (PHT) sensing.

We operate design and manufacturing facilities worldwide, with testing capabilities in near and far field patterns, scattering parameters, SAR, vibration, humidity, temperature shock, salt fog, throughput, and acoustic.

UMCC - Ultraminiature Coax Connector
The UMCC series is an ultra-low-profile coax interconnect solution that meets the ever-growing demand for miniaturization in next generation wireless applications. UMCC cable assemblies and connectors are available as double-ended jumpers, inter-series assemblies, and PCB jack receptacles for board mount applications.
AMP CT Connector Series
AMP CT connectors are miniature wire-to-board and wire-to-wire interconnect solutions and have proven performance in their harness-making capability. A variety of harness-making machines are available ranging from hand tools for low volume production to high-speed automatic crimping machines for medium to high volume productions. AMP high-speed automatic crimping machines are easy to operate, eliminating the need for tedious work of changing parts inside the equipment to adapt to changes in harness styles. Two types of housings are available, including Crimp and Mass Terminated (MT), which are preloaded with insulation displacement contacts. The box or shrouded headers are highly resistant to scooping at mating/unmating.

CeeLok FAS-T Nano Connector
TE's CeeLok FAS-T connector is one of the most rugged, small, 10 GB/s Ethernet, field terminable I/O connectors in the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine marketplace. It has been designed to perform in some of the most extreme environments in the industry, while providing substantial size and weight savings via its small shell size 8 form factor. Unique "T" pin pattern minimizes electrical impedance and crosstalk.

Flat Flexible Cable Connectors (FFC) & Flexible Printed Cable (FPC) Connectors
The FFC connector family is composed of pin and receptacle housings designed for efficient use of printed circuit board (PCB) area. Pin and receptacle housings on 0.100 [2.54] centerline contact spacing and receptacle housings on 0.050 [1.27] centerline contact spacing use PCB area efficiently. FPC is an interconnect product useful where small centerline spacing makes larger wire-to-board interconnects impractical.
Free Height Board-to-Board Connector
Designed for parallel board stacking applications using sub-miniature connectors, these free height connectors fit a broad spectrum of interconnect uses. In addition, these versatile connectors are useful for downsizing applications that require parallel stacked product circuit boards (PCBs).
Micro-MaTch Connector
The TE Connectivity Micro-MaTch connector family, with its contact spacing of 1.27 mm, offers a variety of wire-to-board and board-to-board interconnections. The Micro-MaTch contact helps prevent fretting corrosion, the traditional failure mode in tin-plated connections. Relative movements caused by vibrations/thermal expansion between male and female contacts are absorbed by an additional positioning spring in the female part. By preventing movements on the contact spot, a gas-tight connection can make the Micro-MaTch contact spring system fretting corrosion resistant.

LGA 3647 Socket
TE LGA 3647 socket is designed for Intel’s next-generation CPU processors. The new socket allows designers to take advantage of the higher performance, better system application scaling processors. The LGA 3647 socket is the first to feature a two-piece design that reduces warping and offers better coplanarity for improved reliability. As a validated supplier of this technology, TE is your dependable, high-quality source for this new CPU processor socket.

Micro MATE-N-LOK Connector
Low profile micro MATE-N-LOK connectors have a vertical height of less than 4.7 mm – about 45% lower than other members of the product family. These soft-shell connectors include right-angle surface-mount headers and mating cable connectors. The line uses standard micro MATE-N-LOK contacts, with 24-20 and 30-26 AWG wire ranges.

RITS Connectors
The e-CON standard was developed in Japan in 2001 by a group of Japanese manufacturers in order to standardize connections from sensors to terminals. This standard is not under control of any standard organizations. Without the standard, each manufacturer had specified different connectors for terminations of sensors to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and end users had to prepare many different connectors and different tools. In order to improve this situation and create a user-friendly environment, TE Connectivity has offered AMP RITS connectors as the standard interface connector for sensors. The 4-position RITS connector is approved as the industry standard connector.

AMPLIVAR Terminals & Splices
AMPLIVAR terminals and splices are specially designed for copper (Cu) and/or aluminum (Al) magnet wire. Terminals are insulation displacing; so, magnet wires do not require a separate prestripping operation. A unique wire barrel design, with serrations and burrs, produces a superior metal-to-metal compression crimp with excellent tensile strength. Various splices are offered, along with ring tongue and FASTON quick-connect terminals.

POWER TRIPLE LOCK™
The PTL connector system from TE Connectivity has been developed for improved power and signal applications with many added customer benefits for performance assurance. The PTL connector system includes 3-in-1 reliability, 4 keying/color options, and 3 housing materials featuring high temperature material with the ability to stand up to 150°C temperatures. The PTL connector system is available in three levels of housing materials with keying/color code to prevent mis-mating on the assembly line: Standard 105°C - natural, purple, blue, yellow; high temperature up to 150°C – light gray; and Glow Wire – dark gray, brown, green, orange.

Economy Power II Connector
Advanced Economy Power (EP) II connectors offer more benefits than the proven EP design on which they are based. EP II connectors have a 0.156" [3.96 mm] pitch and are rated 600 VAC at up to 11 A, offering potential for a larger range of applications along with 22-18 AWG [0.321-0.963 mm²] wire size. With up to 12 positions, the EP II connector is well-suited for delivering power to the board.

KILOVAC™ High Voltage Relay
LEV industrial commercial contactors are versatile, reliable, and compliant. They are designed and built in accordance to AIAG QS9000 and come in 12, 24, and 48 VDC coil versions. LEV contactors are UL recognized for the U.S. and Canada under File E208033 and RoHS-compliant.

Toggle Switches
The TE Connectivity extensive Gemini A Series offer one and two poles with multi-circuit configurations, including: momentary function, locking toggle to avoid unwanted switching, as well as bat and flat toggles in different lengths. Terminals are epoxy sealed to prevent the entry of flux, solvent, and other contaminants. Gemini A Switches are available with solder lug, PC, wire wrap, vertical, bracketed, and angle mount PC terminal choices.
