The T-Global Technology TG-ASD series of fast-curing silicone-based thermal gels provide a high-elasticity formulation to ensure a secure fit that encapsulates heat-generating components with minimal stress, even under harsh environmental conditions such as high pressure or strong vibrations.

The series comprises TG-ASD35AB with a thermal conductivity of 3.5 W/mK and a curing time of 15 to 20 minutes, while TG-ASD50AB offers 5.0 W/mK thermal conductivity and cures in 20 to 40 minutes, depending on application thickness.

The cured gel is soft and flexible, preventing contact degradation during thermal cycling, and guarantees long-term thermal performance without material hardening or deformation.

TG-ASD thermal gel supports automated dispensing processes and boasts excellent rheological properties, enhancing production efficiency while reducing assembly costs.
