Image of T-Global's PC93 Non-Silicone Gap FillerT-Global's PC93 is a high-performance, non-silicone gap filler. With a thermal conductivity of 2 W/mK, hardness of 60 (Shore 00), and a low thermal impedance, this product offers an excellent combination of performance, economics, and form factor. It is formulated from a non-silicone resin so this will make the product acceptable for applications where the presence of silicone oils could be detrimental to performance.
