This LED fills a void where RGB LEDs were previously only available in either low power operation or high power output. SunLED's XZCB25MO24DG25X111S operates on ½ watt (I_F=150 mA) per color which provides a high luminous output while keeping heat dissipation at a minimum. Integrated Zener diodes for each die ensures reliability in a wide range of environments while the flat silicone lens provides a uniform wide angle luminance.
