STDRIVE102BH Gate Drivers for Three-Phase Brushless Motors

STMicroelectronics STDRIVE gate drivers represent the latest advanced product series, composed of four different products, tailored for driving 3-phase brushless motors across diverse applications with supply up to 50 V. STDRIVE102BH guarantees a simple and flexible analog control method. An outstanding feature of these gate drivers is their capability to drive six external N-channel power MOSFETs with programmable gate current.
