MHV Series Miniature SMD High Voltage Reed Relay

Standex Electronics’ MHV series surface mount (SMD) high voltage reed relay is designed to switch system voltage levels up to 1,000 V_DC, a maximum switching current of 0.7 amps and a maximum combined switching power of 10 Watts. The MHV series can withstand high breakdown voltage levels of up to 3 kV across the open switch and a minimum dielectric strength of 5 kV between the coil and contacts. This high isolation is achieved while ensuring extremely low leakage currents in the nanoamp range. Another design benefit of this relay is the hermetically sealed contacts yielding superb contact reliability, including contact resistance and isolation resistance stability.
