LB240 Series 240 W AC/DC Power Supply, Convection/Conduction Cooling

SL POWER / Advanced Energy's LB240 family has the highest power density in its class and provides 240 W at an ambient temperature of +50°C with 300 LFM airflow. The LB240 was tailor-made for applications including high-intensity LED luminaries, signage fixtures, audiovisual equipment, and on stage critical control applications. It is the smallest power supply in its class (20% to 30% smaller than the competition) designed to deliver reliable performance in space-constrained fixtures where the internal temperature can easily top +60°C. Available with universal input of 90 V_AC to 264 V_AC and a selection of DC outputs (24 V, 48 V, and 56 V).

The LB240 conforms to both convection and conduction cooling methods. An optional cooling plate ensures continuous power supply for high-temperature applications. It allows the application to perform through a wide temperature range of -10°C to +70°C at a staggering 92% efficiency.

Fully compliant with global lighting requirements, the LB240 also has a built-in EMI filter to meet EN55015 class B conducted EMI. The LB240 saves space and cost overhead and ensures global compatibility across all regulatory requirements.

The life of the LB240 is exceptional and stands at over 50,000 hours at +70°C. This ensures peace of mind that the applications will be powered for years to come.
