Ceramic Band Pass Filters

Skyworks' 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm ceramic filters are designed for use in RF applications where smaller space and higher performance are required. All filters are comprised of vertically integrated ceramics in a surface-mount package for easy drop-in solutions. Higher Q values using proprietary formulations deliver superior performance as each filter is custom-tuned to meet customer's needs. Typical applications include but are not limited to: RF transceivers, IF filtering, GPS and satellite systems, and TCAS and medical applications.

This series of filters span frequency bands from L-band, S-band, and C-band. Additionally, they can handle up to 10 W of continuous power while maintaining outstanding frequency stability over a wide range of temperatures of -40°C to +85°C. If customization is required, Skyworks can modify current designs to meet more challenging specifications.
