SiT9120 Fixed Frequency Differential Oscillator
SiTime's differential oscillator with most common frequencies for LVPECL and LVDS outputs
SiTime's SiT9120 is a fixed frequency, ultra-performance, differential oscillator that supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types. This differential oscillator covers most commonly used frequencies between 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz with best-in-class RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps. Unlike quartz or SAW based traditional oscillators, the SiT9120 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5 V to 3.3 V), frequency stability (±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, and ±50 ppm), and package (3225, 5032, 7050) options.
