Image of SiTime's SIT8918/9 and SIT8920/1 High-Temperature OscillatorsSiTime's SIT8918B, SiT8919B, SIT8920B, and SiT8921B high-temperature oscillators provide ±20 ppm frequency stability from -40°C to +125°C. They are 2x better in stability, 20x more reliable, and 30x more resistant to shock and vibration than quartz. SiTime oscillators enable higher system performance and reduce field failures in harsh environments. Their MEMS oscillators exhibit performance far greater than comparable crystals oscillators. In-house MEMS and analog CMOS expertise allow SiTime to develop the most reliable and robust products. Oscillators are available in plastic packages, which are up to 54 times more immune to external electromagnetic fields than quartz oscillators. The MEMS resonators are vacuum sealed using an advanced EpiSeal® process that eliminates foreign particles, providing better long-term aging and reliability. For the same devices in a SOT23-5 package, refer to the SiT2018B, SiT2019B, SiT2020B, and SiT2021B oscillators. For similar devices with AEC-Q100 qualification, refer to the SIT8924B and SiT8925B oscillators.
