These devices offer high value by integrating advanced analog and communications peripherals into small packages, making them ideal for space-constrained applications. With an efficient 8051 core, 5 V capable I/O, precision analog, and enhanced pulse-width modulation, the EFM8BB50 family is also optimal for embedded applications.

Silicon Labs' EFM8BB50 Pro kit (BB50-PK5208A) is an ideal starting point for application development on the EFM8BB50 8-bit microcontroller family. The board features sensors and peripherals, demonstrating some of the many capabilities of the EFM8BB50 microcontroller. Additionally, the board is a fully featured debugger and energy monitoring tool that can be used with external applications.

Silicon Labs' EFM8BB50 explorer kit (BB50-EK2702A) is an ideal, obstacle-free evaluation starting point for the EFM8BB50 8-bit microcontroller family. It offers Qwiic and Click connectors for rapid prototyping as well as an onboard debugger. All pins are brought out with minimal conflicts to enable quick development.
