iCAST1 IoT Bridge

Shoreline’s iCast1 seamlessly integrates industrial assets including MODBUS RTU devices such as PLCs, motor drives, energy meters, and sensors with contact closure, 0 V to 10 V and 4 mA to 20 mA interfaces with the Shoreline IoT cloud. A low-cost cloud subscription provides long-term data storage, real-time monitoring, and alert notifications.

The built-in intelligence of the iCast1 software allows the overall setup to be accomplished within a few minutes and without any assistance from specialized technicians. The iCast1 device is registered with the Shoreline IoT Cloud by provisioning it to a Wi-Fi network and configuring it by means of an iOS or Android mobile app which connects to the iCast1 device using BLE.

Asset monitoring, remote data logging, cloud storage, real-time anomaly detection using artificial intelligence, and live oscilloscope view of industrial assets is provided by cloud subscription. Shoreline IoT Cloud can export client device data to other third-party cloud platforms for further integration with the client’s business logic, analytics, and CRM.
