Sunlight R32 for Measuring CH₂F₂ Gas

Senseair's Sunlight R32 has been designed as a miniature sensor module for HC-R applications to address the need for Difluoromethane (CH₂F₂) refrigerant leakage detectors that are increasingly a requirement in air conditioners while complying with IEC standard 60079-29-1 and sensor element part at IEC 60335-2-40 and UL 60335-2-40. The Sunlight R32 will support two modes of operation for measurement, continuous and single-mode measurements. The default mode is set for continuous. It also has a built-in self-correcting algorithm, that is adjustable by the host. The NDIR technique featured ensures that the sensor is immune to poisoning. The optical solid-state design makes it resistant to vibrations and is physically robust. With the automatic baseline correction, it can be installed and still be accurate for more than 15 years.
