They offer desirable characteristics for board-level protection, including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation.

  • ESD withstand voltage: ±30 kV (contact), ±30kV (air) per IEC 61000-4-2
  • Low capacitance: 0.25 pF to 15 pF max.
  • Protects one line (data/IO/Power)
  • Working voltage: 1.8 V to 24 V
  • Low reverse leakage current
  • DFN package 1.0 mm x 0.6 mm x 0.55 mm with side wettable flanks
