Image of Seeed's LoRa-E5 Series Seeed has developed four products centered around STMicroelectronics' STM32WLE5JC. These products include the LoRa-E5 module, the LoRa-E5 Grove board, the LoRa-E5 mini development board, and the LoRa-E5 development kit.

The LoRa-E5 module is designed to industrial standards, including a wide working temperature from -40°C to +85°C, making it highly suitable for industrial IoT products. The ST STM32WLE5JE is an SoC with an integrated combo of LoRa® RF and MCU chip in one. This module is also embedded with an Arm® Cortex®-M4 ultra-low-power MCU and LoRa SX126X to support (G)FSK mode and LoRa. The 62.5 kHz, 125 kHz, 250 kHz, and 500 kHz bandwidths can be used in LoRa® mode, making it suitable for the design of various IoT nodes supporting EU868 and US915.

The LoRa-E5 Mini is a compact development board suitable for small applications that require a rapid testing process. It breaks out all of the GPIOs of the LoRa-E5, including the UART, ADC, SPI, and I2C. The LoRa-E5 Mini also contains RESET and BOOT buttons which make this board very user-friendly. It has a working temperature of -40°C to +85°C and has RF output power of up to +20.8 dBm at 3.3 V. There are three ways to use the LoRa-E5 Mini: by PC connection and control using AT commands; by connection to another mainboard via UART and control using AT commands; or by a user application development and control using SDK.

The LoRa-E5 Grove module is an excellent option for users wanting to use LoRa with an SBC like Raspberry Pi 4 or a microcontroller like the Wio Terminal. Featuring full LoRaWAN® capabilities in the modular simplicity of the Grove ecosystem, the Grove LoRa-E5 lets users bring their existing devices into their LoRaWAN network with a few simple steps.

The LoRa-E5 Development Kit consists of the LoRa-E5 development board, an antenna, a USB Type-C® cable, and a 2*AA 3 V battery holder. The LoRa-E5 dev board is embedded with the LoRa-E5 STM32WLE5JC module with LoRaWAN protocol compatibility on the global frequency band. In addition, it supports various data protocols and interfaces, such as full GPIOs, RS-485, and Grove.
