MSM LA and MSM II Series
The MSM Metal Line switch family has been successfully used on the market for over 30 years, which is attributed to its durability, precision, and overall high quality. This series is known for its robust design with IP40 and IP67 varieties and impact resistance rating up to IK08, making it ideal for use in applications exposed to harsh environmental conditions or in applications requiring protection against vandalism. The mechanical action and high-grade materials provide outstanding tactile feedback.
Available in 16, 19, 22 & 30 mm mounting diameters, the original MSM pushbutton with microswitch for switching currents from 100 mA to 10 A is now complemented by the new generation MSM II, which sports a subminiature microswitch. The new microswitch provides a shallower mounting depth for switching currents from 100 mA to 3 A for SPDT as well as DPDT circuits.

CPS Series
The CPS series uses capacitive sensor technology, whereby a touch of the finger on the sensor area causes a change in the electrical field which in turn causes the switch to change its state; this occurs without any pressure on the actuator. The capacitive touch technology eliminates the need for any moving parts, hence making the CPS a long-life product capable of an unlimited number of actuations.

PSE Series
Particularly robust and durable are switches based on the piezoelectric principle, which produces an electrical voltage when a mechanical force is applied to a piezoelectric element (quartz, ceramic or similar). This voltage leads to a change of state and is used for the switching process.
In contrast to the mechanical switch, the piezo switch has no moving parts. It can be hermetically sealed with IP protection up to IP69K. This feature allows the switch to operate under the most adverse conditions. The piezo switch does its job reliably and is virtually unaffected by ambient temperature. This family of switches has a long lifetime with more than 20 million actuations.

MSS Series
MSS Metal Line Slim Switch is a flush mount pushbutton with a very shallow mounting depth and stylish design. Sporting a multi-color side-ring illumination, the MSS provides the user with visual feedback from the side in addition to the front. The greater coverage allows for lateral status indication, which may be especially desired from a distance. Non-illuminated versions are also designed to provide visual indication with a colored bezel.
The MSS switching technology is extremely precise and is designed for applications where some degree of pressure is required to trigger the switching function. Not too little and not too much: Capacitive technology triggers switching with only a touch, while mechanical technology has moving parts that can wear over time. The moving parts can also be subject to ingress. The MSS requires a light pressure of 1-3 N on the surface, to provide just the right amount of touch to prevent unintentional switching. It has an IP rating of IP67 and a lifetime rating of >20 million actuations.
