Stairworks®, Frameworks®, and ClampWorks®

Phoenix Mecano Stairworks, Frameworks, and ClampWorks provide both catalog and custom-made products to meet unique needs.

Frameworks: The core of the profile technology area is the BLOCAN® profile system which is constructed of aluminum and offers functional and heavy-duty profiles and an almost unlimited combination of application possibilities. Special RK connection technology allows the profiles to be assembled without prior mechanical processing, saving preparation and assembly time. These clever connecting elements allow users to be independent of machines and devices. The profiles are simply cut to length and assembled.

ClampWorks: Phoenix Mecano clampable pipe connectors are an economical solution for the force-fitting and yet detachable connection of different systems without drilling or welding. Depending on the application and expected load, they offer pipe connectors made of plastic (light clamps), aluminum (solid clamps), or stainless steel (robust clamps). The pipe connector system also includes the RK monitor mount for the attachment and ergonomic adjustment of industrially used monitors and touch panels and the ITAS stair and railing system.

Stairworks: The industrial stair and work platform system (ITAS) is a straightforward railing system and a true all-rounder, offering a safe solution for railings, barriers, landings, stairs, stair crossings, and work platforms without any welding. The resulting systems can be dismantled or modified at any time. A modification of the standard product makes it possible to use the flexible system in clean rooms. The various construction elements of the industrial staircase and work platform system include pipes and numerous pipe connection variants as well as surface elements, stair profiles, side panels, and the corresponding brackets and beams.
