It features I²C and HW control modes for the I²S/TDM interface, simplifying the amplifier driver operation. This mode eliminates the need for I²C commands to turn the device on or off, streamlining the control process. The digital audio interface supports various formats, including I²S, left justified, right justified, and 8-channel TDM formats, offering flexibility for different audio systems.

It delivers 3.2 W output power at a 4 Ω load with THD less than 10% and an output noise level of 8 μV, ensuring high-quality audio reproduction. Additionally, it incorporates protection features such as OCP, VDD UVP, VDD18 UVP, and OTP, enhancing the reliability and safety of the amplifier in various usage scenarios.

The RT9123's fast turn-on time, digital volume control, and clipping reduce gain control to optimize audio performance in user designs, making it a versatile and reliable choice for audio amplification needs.

RT9123 is available in WL-CSP-14B 1.81x1.1 (BSC) package and WDFN-12L 3x3 (W-Type) with Richtek Green Policy compliant and compatible with the current requirements of RoHS.
