These RA6E1 microcontrollers are built on a highly efficient 40 nm process; supported by the Flexible Software Package (FSP), an open and flexible ecosystem concept; and are the perfect entry point into the RA family microcontrollers.

The RA6E1 MCUs are suitable for entry IoT applications requiring streamlined features and connectivity integration, including Ethernet and the unprecedented performance of 790.75 CoreMark, which are 3.95 CoreMark/MHz.
