RA4E1 32-bit MCUs

The Renesas RA4E1 entry-line MCU group offers an optimized mixture of high performance with 100 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 with TrustZone in combination with the lowest active power consumption down to 81 μA/MHz running the CoreMark® algorithm from Flash. RA4E1 is built on a highly efficient 40 nm process; supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept, the Flexible Software Package (FSP); and is the perfect entry point into the RA Family of microcontrollers.

The RA4E1 is ideal for entry-level IoT applications requiring high performance and low power operation with value optimized features and connectivity integration and total system cost reduction. It enables fast design cycles and easy upgrades to other RA family devices.

These MCUs offer value optimized feature integration by keeping essential high integration and large Flash and RAM for a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, as well as a great performance and an active power consumption ratio. There is optimized entry-line connectivity integration with USB 2.0 Full-Speed, serial communication, CAN, QSPI, and advanced analog. These devices provide easy migration to the mainstream line with FSP and hardware scalability and compatibility.
