Image of Renesas' RA0E1 32 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCURenesas' RA0E1 group MCU implements an Arm Cortex-M23 core with low power and peripherals that are optimized for a BOM cost reduction and a simple design for the low-end MCU market.

The RA0E1 group supports up to 64 KB code Flash, 12 KB SRAM memory, and a wide operating voltage range of 1.6 V to 5.5 V. The package options range from 16-pin to 32-pin and a Flash memory size range of 32 KB to 64 KB, including a 3 mm x 3 mm QFN for a small package option QFN. The RA0E1 offers pin and peripheral compatibility with the RA2E1 Arm MCU from the Renesas portfolio. This wide range of scalability manifests itself in optimal flexibility for MCU SW and HW designers when extra I/O lines or additional peripheral functions are needed. Designers only need to migrate to the next pin count size to gain extra I/O lines and functionality.

The RA0E1 is the first MCU group in the RA0 series and stands out for extremely low power consumption, optimized peripherals, and cost-effectiveness. These features make the MCUs well-suited for cost-sensitive applications.
