RPX-4.0 Series DC/DC Converter

RECOM’s cost-effective RPX-4.0 series DC/DC converter has an integrated shielded inductor with input ranges from 3.8 V_DC to 36 V_DC that allows 5 V, 12 V, or 24 V voltages to be used. The output voltages are programmable from 1 V up to 7 V. The RPX-4.0 series converters provide ultra-high power density and are highly efficient. They are fully protected against continuous short-circuits, overcurrent, and overtemperature faults and include an enable pin, power good, and soft start options. These converters are ideal for IIoT, IoT, and portable devices.

RPX-4.0-EVM-1 evaluation board is available for this converter series. Functions that can be evaluated with the evaluation board include output voltage selection, control, power good, trim and output sense, overload, and overtemperature. The board also contains filter components to EMC Class B levels and EMC optimizations.
