RECOM offers a range of PCB mounted DC/DC converters for 12V to 170V battery-powered applications.
The RP and RPA series of board-mounting DC/DC converters are available from 20W to 240W. Depending on the model, the converters range from 3:1 input up to 16:1 input voltage range and from 1” x 1” or 1” x 2” packages to eighth, quarter, or half brick packages. All modules are isolated and feature high efficiency ratings, and are fully protected and internationally certified. Both series are ideal for low to high power industrial and rail applications, particularly those in harsh environments.

240 W half-brick DC/DC Converter
The half-brick RP240H series is a 240W module with three 4:1 input voltage range options and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The series has a 91% efficiency rating and the case includes mounting holes for secure mounting in high shock and vibration environments. Its versatility makes it an excellent option for multiple applications requiring a rugged converter, including industrial and rail.

RP40Q-RUW/RP60Q-RUW DC/DC Converters
RECOM's RP40Q-RUW and RP60Q-RUW series converters provide a 40W or 60W (respectively) ultra-wide, highly efficient 12:1 input in a quarter-brick case. They provide 3kVDC isolation with sense and trim pins. Additionally, they include threaded inserts for secure mounting in high shock and vibration environments and are CE marked, withEN50155 and EN45545-2 certification making them ideal for applications within a harsh environment.

1” x 1” DC/DC converter
The RPA20-AW and RPA30-AW series 20W and 30W DC/DC converters output currents up to 6 Amps / 7.5Amps respectively with trim and enable pins. They are highly efficient with 1600 VDC isolation. The series is fully protected. The converters are UL and EN50155 certified and are ideal for medium power railway and industrial applications that are exposed to harsh environments.

The RPA60-FW series is a 60W DC/DC converter in a 2"x1" case capable of 4:1 input voltage range. The half-brick RPA100H and RPA200H series DC/DC converters are capable of a 10:1 input voltage range. They have consistently high efficiency over the entire input voltage range and a baseplate operating temperature range from -40°C up to +100°C. 150W eighth-brick has a 6:1 wide input range
RPA150E-EW series is an extremely efficient DC/DC converter with a 92% efficiency rating and trimmable output option, including a ±20% range. This series has a 3 KVDC isolation and an integrated metal baseplate for optimized thermal performance. It is UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 certified and has UVLO, OVP, OCP, and OTP protections. It is an excellent option for e-mobility, rail transportation, industrial, and aviation applications.
