RKE S/H Unregulated DC/DC Converters

RECOM has expanded its popular economy series (E-series) of cost-effective DC/DC converters to include additional input voltages with the RKE S/H series. The RKE/H series of DC/DC converters are typically used in industrial applications for general-purpose power isolation, voltage matching, and cost-critical applications. Despite their low cost, they are fully specified converters with 4 kV_DC isolation, an industrial operating temperature range, and UL/EN certifications. These 1 W isolated converters feature 5 V (RKE-0505S/H), 12 V (RKE-1205S/H), and 24 V (RKE-2405S/H) outputs with operating efficiencies up to 81% at ambient temperatures from -40°C to 85°C without derating (100°C with derating). Such converters are often ideal for isolation of interfaces or bus systems. Despite the low price of the E-series 1 W converters, they are fully UL60950 certified to reduce the costs and certification time for the end application.

Despite the low cost, there has been no compromise in quality. All of the new E-series converters carry RECOM’s standard, full 3-year warranty.
