RH100 Series Surface Mount Microprocessor Crystals 3225

Raltron's RH100 series surface mount microprocessor crystals are housed in a miniature 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.7 mm ceramic package. The RH100 series crystals feature a frequency range of 8 MHz to 156.250 MHz and are a design selection to replace HC49 short mature crystals. The RH100 is one of the smallest package sizes available for 8 MHz frequency applications. The available frequency tolerances at room temperature are ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm with temperature stability ranges from ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm. These surface mount crystals have a standard operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and are also available in an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

Target applications for the RH100 series include embedded computing devices, cameras, wearable devices, storage, personal digital devices, wireless applications, microprocessor clocks, portable medical devices, alarms, utility metering, smart homes, and other high-density applications.
