Radiocrafts' RIIoT (Radiocrafts Industrial Internet of Things) board products are designed to make it easy for the user to create a proof of concept RIIoT sensor network with cloud connectivity. RIIoT is a long-range wireless star network in a module designed for low power, low latency, and high reliability.
The boards include
- Gateway board – development board with GPR module
- Leaf node board – development board with SPR module
- Sensor board – board with SPR module and seven industrial sensors
The SPR module is designed to be a complete Leaf node and includes everything needed to connect to the RF and to the local PCB bus to interface to sensor/actuator units.
The GPR module is the core of the RIIoT gateway. It can either be integrated as is into a gateway itself or it can be accessed from the gateway by connecting a RIIoT gateway dongle via USB.
The GPR module communicates to the RIIoT net controller to get the full RIIoT performance into the gateway.
The boards come pre-configured for sensor readings. The pre-loaded firmware configuration of the radio and/or the sensor readings can be modified using the RIIoT SDK.
