Image of Qorvo ACT72350 Standalone Three-Phase BLDC Motor Driver The Qorvo ACT72350 is a three-phase BLDC motor driver featuring an integrated analog front end (AFE), designed to operate with battery power up to 20S and rated for 160 V. The AFE supports system MCU operation and provides up to 2 A source and -2 A sink drive capability. By incorporating integrated bootstrap diodes and essential analog circuitry for current sensing and device protection, the ACT72350 significantly reduces overall BOM complexity and cost.

This device leverages Qorvo patent-pending Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front End™, and Application Specific Power Drivers™ technologies. It also includes a robust braking mechanism tailored for safety-critical applications, delivering enhanced control and protection.

The Qorvo ACT72350EVK1 development platform is a complete hardware solution designed to enable users to evaluate the ACT72350 and develop motor control applications using an external microcontroller.

Designed for use with an external microcontroller, it features access to the PWM control inputs, SPI communication, and AFE and motor driver signals via a series of female header connectors.
