This extremely small antenna (40 mm x 7 mm x 3 mm) is reflow solderable onto PCBs for low-cost, high volume applications. With average antenna efficiencies over 65% in the LTE bands, it is ideal for devices needing wireless carrier approval for use on their networks. Additionally, for M2M applications, such as LTE Cat-M, Cat-1 and other emerging standards, the W3796 antenna’s high efficiency correlates to higher battery life for a more robust network.
