RJ45 Series Industrial Jacks and Plugs

The jacks and plugs of the RJ45 industrial series from Phoenix Contact enable data rates of up to 10 Gbps and are suitable for demanding industrial data-networking applications.

Industrial environments pose many problems for the wide range of combinations of RJ45 plugs and jacks. Factors such as vibration, shock, and EMI constantly work against this connection and when used in tandem, these industrial plugs and jacks are suited for the industrial environment. These devices have been tested, in combination above normal IEC requirements, vibration resistance up to 20 g (5 g required), shock resistance up to 30 g for 11 milliseconds (no set IEC test parameter), and bending (flexion) up to a retention force of 30 N for 15 minutes (no set IEC test parameter).
