PE42422 SPDT 6 GHz UltraCMOS® RF Switch

pSemi's PE42422 is a HaRP™ technology-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 100 to 6000 MHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and requires no external components.
