Designed with matte-tin plating and glass-passivated chip junction, they are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and halogen-free according to IEC 61249 standard. The lead frame is designed to maximize the die pad and IFSM capability of the same packaging size.

PANJIT products not only meet all requirements in the industry but exceed them. The M4 and M8 series are designed with upgraded die pads, SMD gull-wing packaging, and solder-paste printing instead of dispensing during the die-bonding process to improve soldering stability and lower the void rate to under 15%.

The M4 and M8 series are manufactured with a fully automated process using automatic laser die-cutting technology as well as pick-and-place automation for die attach to increase accuracy and prevent die shifts, micro-cracks, and chipping. The wafers are produced with SIPOS/PG/LTO technology to optimize HTRB capability.

To ensure premium quality, all M4 and M8 products are UL certified (file number E526209) with an automated testing barcode system for PAT spec review.
