600 V and 650 V Super Junction MOSFETs

PANJIT's super junction MOSFETs are optimized for easy and efficient design support for power conversion circuit design in devices such as AC/DC and DC/DC converters. PANJIT’s first-generation super junction MOSFETs require less design effort from system design engineers thanks to proper switching performance and low R_DS(ON) which leads to a smaller system size with low heat dissipation on PANJIT super junction MOSFETs.
