POSCAP™ TPS Series Capacitors

Panasonic's TPS series has been added to the industry-leading POSCAP conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor product line. The POSCAP TPS series is ideal for environments requiring small case size and a low profile combined with high endurance up to 2,000 hours.

POSCAP capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created with Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system. This enables POSCAP capacitors to be thin and small while having low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and superior high-frequency characteristics. These features make POSCAP one of the best candidates for digital/high-frequency applications. POSCAP also has high reliability and heat resistance.

The POSCAP TPS series can withstand 105°C for 2,000 hours with a large capacitance of 150 µF to 330 µF. With its high reliability within miniature electronics applications, the TPS series is an ideal capacitor for usage in microelectronic applications.
