Panasonic PhotoMOS HS WSSOP 1 Form A low C x R semiconductor relays come in a miniature WSSOP package of 1.45 mm x 2.2 mm x 1.75 mm for high-density mounting. The PhotoMOS HS WSSOP device features low current consumption, high-speed operating temperatures, fast switching speeds, and excellent high-frequency passing characteristics such as low output capacitance and low on-resistance.
The PhotoMOS HS WSSOP semiconductor relays have low leakage of 10 nA, typical output capacitance of 16 pF, and typical on-resistance of 0.75 ohms. With a load output rating at 40 V and 0.35 A, this device is suitable for IC testers, board testers, probe cards, and other measuring equipment.
