Orion Fans offers standard and custom fan trays for racks and enclosures
Orion Fans manufactures standard and custom fan trays to provide racks and enclosures with high-volume airflow to keep equipment cool. The fan trays can be assembled using AC, DC, or EC fans with options for vertical or horizontal airflow. All fan trays are between 1 RU and 3 RU and are designed to fit any 19-inch rack application. For DC and EC fan trays, temperature-controlled fans are available as an optional add-on.
Orion Fans’ standard modular trays come in three-, six-, or nine-fan configurations. These trays produce vertical airflow and allow the user to start with a three-fan unit and add additional expansion modules to increase the airflow as needed.
Along with the standard modular fan trays, Orion Fans also offers a three-position and six-position short fan tray for additional space behind the unit.
Standard fan trays are available in universal-range, low-noise, and high-speed models. Optional monitoring and alarm systems are available for applications with limited access.
