Image of onsemi NCP16x Family of High PSRR, LDO Regulatorsonsemi's NCP16x family is a series of linear regulators capable of supplying 250 mA to 700 mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the NCP16x family provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. This family is designed to work with a 1 µF input and a 1 µF output ceramic capacitor.

Features
  • Low VDO at 2.8 V at 80 mV max dropout
  • Operating input voltage ranges: 1.6 V to 5.5 V
  • Ultra-high PSRR of 85 dB to 98 dB at 1 kHz, 48 dB to 63 dB at 100 kHz
  • Ultra-low output noise of 6.5 µVRMS to 10 µVRMS
  • Ultra-low quiescent current of 12 µA to 30 µA
  • Available in four packages:
    • WLSCP-4: ultra-small 0.35P, 0.65 mm x 0.65 mm chip scale package (CSP)
    • XDFN−4: 0.65P, 1 mm x 1 mm
    • WDFN6: 0.65P, 2 mm x 2 mm
    • TSOP-5
