BCP56M High-Performance NPN Transistor

The onsemi BCP56M is a medium-power, general purpose NPN transistor designed for a wide range of amplifier and switching applications. Housed in the compact DFN2020-3 package, this transistor offers excellent thermal performance, making it ideal for surface mount applications where board space and reliability are critical. With a collector-emitter voltage (V_CEO) of 80 V and a continuous collector current (I_C) of 1 A, the BCP56M is well-suited for medium power applications.
