It leverages the enhanced HCS08 central processor and is available with a variety of peripherals, memory sizes, and types. Featuring an 8-bit S08 core, the S08PL MCUs reach up to 20 MHz bus at 2.7 V to 5.5 V across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C offering flexibility and reliability in home appliances and consumer electronic applications.
