RW61x Wi-Fi 6 Tri-Radio Wireless MCU
Introducing the world's first highly integrated and secure Tri-Radio wireless MCU, the RW61x supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE, and 802.15.4 (Thread, Zigbee) along with Matter over Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Thread. The RW61x provides a single-chip MCU + Wi-Fi/Bluetooth solution with its application-dedicated 260 MHz Cortex-M33 core, 160 MHz Cortex-M3 Wi-Fi CPU, and 128 MHz Cortex-M3 NarrowBand CPU. This wireless MCU also includes rich peripherals, advanced security, and software enablement from NXP's MCUXpresso developer experience.
