NXP introduces its 50 V LDMOS transistors for industrial, scientific, and medical applications
NXP’s latest 50 V LDMOS products in OMP packages being added to the well-known XR family, deliver power levels of 35 W, 75 W, 110 W, 150 W, and 350 W (P,1dB). This is a power transistor portfolio supporting industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) applications. This demands extreme ruggedness and highest power levels for frequencies up to 500 MHz, at very attractive pricing.
Housed in lower-cost plastic OMP packages (SOT1223), NXP extends its OMP packaged transistors portfolio, with devices coming in various power levels. NXP’s innovative devices make the switch to solid state technology a reality. The products also benefit from improved Class C operation and simplified module layout, helping ease overall design-in even for the most demanding applications.
