Nereid AMD Kintex™ 7 PCI Express® FPGA Development Boards

Numato Lab’s Nereid Kintex-7 PCIe FPGA development kits are a powerful and versatile platform for developing high-performance embedded systems. The kits include an AMD Kintex™-7 XC7K160T, XC7K325T, or XC7K410T FPGA in a -1 FBG676 package, four lane PCIe Gen2.0 (5 GT/s), 4 GB DDR3L SODIMM SDRAM, 128 MB QSPI Flash memory, USB to UART serial converter, 1 x 100 MHz CMOS oscillator, 1 x 150 MHz LVDS oscillator for users, 1 x 150 MHz LVDS oscillator for GTP, and maximum 174 IOs for user-defined purposes on ANSI/VITA 57.1 standard compliant FMC HPC connector. The kits also include a variety of development tools, including the Xilinx Vivado® Design Suite, the Xilinx Vitis™ AI Suite, and the Xilinx PetaLinux distribution.
