Image of New Japan Radio's NJG1159PHH-A GNSS Front-End Module Nisshinbo Micro Devices' NJG1159PHH-A is a front-end module (FEM) designed for GNSS, including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo applications. This FEM includes a high-performance pre-SAW filter and low noise amplifier (LNA) for low noise figures, high linearity, and high out-band rejection characteristics. The stand-by mode contributes to reduced current consumption, and its wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C is suitable for automotive applications. The NJG1159PHH-A includes one SAW filter and two external components in a very small HFFP10-HH package that is 1.5 mm x 1.1 mm, making it suitable for small-sized applications.
