The BUK6Qxx-PJ family from Nexperia includes P-channel enhancement-mode trench MOSFETs designed for high-efficiency switching in automotive and industrial applications. These devices are housed in a compact MLPAK33 (SOT8002-3) package, offering a 3.3 mm x 3.3 mm footprint with side-wettable flanks for automated optical inspection (AOI) and excellent thermal performance.
These MOSFETs are logic-level compatible and optimized for high-side load switching, reverse polarity protection, and relay replacement in automotive systems. With voltage ratings ranging from 30 V to 60 V and RDS(ON) values as low as 12 mΩ (typ), they provide efficient switching with minimal conduction losses. Trench MOSFET technology ensures low gate charge and fast switching, while AEC-Q101 qualification guarantees reliability in harsh environments.
