Molex’s FFC/FPC connectors are available with push and flip-style actuators, which are pre-assembled covers that secure the connection between the FFC/FPC and the connector terminals. Molex is continually developing lower-profile and higher-density versions to meet the downsizing needs of electronic equipment makers. Circuit sizes are available with 3 - 136 positions with a mating height of 0.62 = 8.95 mm and 0.2 A current. They provide additional space savings with a narrower width and shorter length dimensions and eliminate the need for additional top and bottom mount versions.
