The DT100111 AVR-BLE development board from Microchip Technology makes XLP wireless applications development quick and easy. It combines a powerful AVR ATmega3208 microcontroller, an ATECC608A CryptoAuthentication™ secure element and the RN4870 Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) module. The board USB interface provides a convenient serial port (virtual UART), the simplicity of drag and drop programming, and also full programmer and debugger capabilities supported by two award-winning integrated development environments (IDEs) - Atmel Studio and Microchip MPLAB® X IDE - giving users the freedom to innovate with their environment of choice. Mobile phones or tablets can be connected to the BLE using the LightBlue™ Explorer app on either iOS and Android. The BLE phone/tablet connection activates the exclusive graphical user interface to interact with all the board's sensors and features. The DT100111 AVR-BLE development board is ideal for IoT, mobile, and other smart-connected applications.
