These bidirectional TVS diodes are available in SME and SMG packages, offering peak pulse current (IPP) up to 2.5 kA (SMG) and 10 kA (SME) at working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) of 58 V to 86 V. These high surge TVS are designed for DC line protection and power supply protection in harsh environments such as 4G/5G base stations.
